Hello everybody,
Welcome to DhealingFR Techniques blog
I would like to run this blog alongside my blog at Feng Shui Heritage website, which I humbly envelop the traditional and classical Feng Shui and other Chinese metaphysics there. Please take note that I'm in no way an expert on any of the subjects mentioned here,
my main intention is to share with you the information and learn something new along the process.
You're cordially invited to contribute or share your skills and knowledge within the boundary of energy related topics. You're also welcome to participate or post your comments and questions pertaining to these subjects.
Please do not hesitate to
of this blog. Thank you in advance for your support and participation....

Oh dear! It's been a while back when I have written something here... I find it rather difficult to cope with two blog posts, in addition to everyday professional and social engagements, not forgetting family obligations. I wonder how other bloggers did? Do they ever get to rest and sleep?
That being said, may I suggest that if you don't see new posts here, do click and bookmark the following link as I try to keep it to at least a post per week :-)
Thank you for your support and understanding.

The Moon Cake Festival is commonly known as Mid-autumn Festival (中秋節 zhong qiu jie) amongst the Chinese communities. It is celebrated every year on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month. It is said that the moon is at its brightest on this particular night. There are many legendary stories behind this festival; the one I like best is the story of a beautiful lady dancing on the moon.
Feng Shui-wise, the moon is represented by the trigram Kun, corresponds to the mother, and to our Mother Earth as well. The energy is yin instead of yang, naturally it is very pure and intense. Have you ever tried sitting out in a moon lit night and allow this pacifying moon rays purify your mind and spirit? Don’t miss it, it will be on the 22nd of September.
If you are more spiritually oriented, you can take this opportunity to sign up for a Mother Earth prayer, it will help you and your family to be
connected to our Earth Luck - for good health , good wealth and success.
Master Atan will perform this ceremony on the 22nd of September. A donation of USD 18.00 (per family) is requested. Use the "donate" button to paypal me and I will get your family on his prayer list.
Happy Moon Cake Festival!

One of my neighbors has been burgled three times in the last few years. Why always their house and not another house nearby? I don’t suspect that they have known enemies as they are such sweet people. But the fact has intrigued me greatly that I secretly checked out their exterior environment, and carefully look around her backyard when I was invited to their house.
It is indeed a traumatic experience when this happened to anyone. I’ve learned thisTaoist ritual and would like to share it with you if this happened to you. To eliminate the negative energy, you should mix salt and saffron, dilute into a pail of water and clean all the doors, windows of your home, especially the break-in point. The next step is to go around each opening with another freshly made mixture of salt and saffron in a clockwise direction three times. Upon completion, leave the mixture near your doorway and turn on the light. After three days, you can then remove the mixture.
This would help to erase the negative energy and lighten up the spirit in and around the house.

I accidentally came across this wish fulfilling ritual while de-cluttering load of old paperwork. Perhaps you’d like to give it a try ![]()
Step 1 - write down your wish carefully and clearly, for example: I wish to stay away from illness; I wish to travel to South America; so on and soforth
Step 2 – repeat it 49 times, each time sign with your prosperity signature (a signature that starts and ends with an upward stroke) to affirm your wish
Step 3 – burn the sheet(s) of paper when you have finished
Step 4 – Repeat the above 3 steps the next day and continue until you have done it for 49 days.
If you skip a day, you must start the ritual all over again. If you decided that you no longer want what you wished for or you wish to change what was written, just stop it and start the count from the very beginning.
Good luck!

Hello,
How are you doing? Now that summer is with us, I thought it would be a good idea to introduce Qigong as a preventive and therapeutic practice for your wellness. It is especially good to practice outdoor as you will be embraced by the universal energy. I started practicing Qigong several years ago, and I feel the energy in my body has improved progressively. Now I am strong and healthy both in my mind and in my body ![]()
Qigong is an ancient self-healing and self-regenerating art that combines breathing, posture, exercise, meditation and visualization to improve one’s health. Principally, there are four types of training: dynamic, static, meditative, and Qigong with external means. The ultimate objective of the practice is the same: it having preventive and curative potentials. It is believed that when we have pain, it is the flow of qi (energy) which is obstructed at that particular point.
It has not been proven decisively by the Western Medical World, but many European hospitals are slowly introducing the practice as a complementary treatment for its positive effects on various ailments, suchas stress, hypertension, arthritis, back pain, etc.
It is important that you find an experienced and qualified teacher for this practice, without which it may lead to discomfort and incorrect managing of qi flow. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask or comment here.
Remember: An hour of Qigong a day keeps the doctor away
Good luck!

Do you feel extremely tired and stressed, lethargic, slow in reacting, low-spirited, etc. at times? If the answer is affirmative, these are the warning signs that you have accumulated too much negative energies through your daily contacts and interaction with people around you. Taking a salt bath or doing a salt scrub will eliminate these negative energies, you will feel a boost in spirit almost immediately after the bath; and a delightful feeling that the skin is fresh and smooth.
Any kind of salt would do, the best is natural sea salt. I always buy a few extra packs of sea salt when I do my shopping to stock up. Then I will do my salt scrub weekly when showering, and take a salt bath at the end of the month. I can assure that you will feel so much "lighter" and relaxed if you do it regularly.
Here are three different methods (Source: Dhealing forum):
Salt Bath Method 1
Fill up about 20 litres of water in a pail - add a handful of salt into this container - stir it.
Wet body with normal water - then pour this water slowly from head downwards.
Then take normal bath.
Salt Bath Method 2
Fill the bath tub with water and about 3 cups of sea salt or normal salt. Add some fresh flower petals and your favourite essential oils - lavendar, mint, etc...for relaxation. Soak in the bath for about 15 minutes or so, listening to your favourite music, sipping a cup of your favourite beverage (chamomile tea would be good), and a wet face towel over your eyes.
When you get out of the bath tub, and you are draining the water in the tub, please observe if you feel dizzy or slightly lightheaded as the bath water is draining away. If yes, stop the water from draining away immediately, wait for about five minutes or so and then continue with the draining. Sometimes, there could be too much negative energies and as they are been pulled away from the body's auras through the water, some dizziness may occured because the body is suddenly feeling lighter without the "heavy load."
Salt Scrub
You need at least 1 cup of sea salt. Stand in your shower, wet and soap the whole body, from head to toes including your hair. Rinse with water. Then from the crown of the head down to the soles of your feet, use salt to scrub every part of your body, including your ears and face. When completed, rinse away all the salt with water and you are done.
Please do not hesitate to tell a friend and comment with your feedback.
